Carlinda Boom is a visual artist alternating between city life and countryside. Surroundings, memories and the present are something elusive to her. Often, she wonders what is (un)real. In her work she is looking for her own relationship with her context whether it is by observing grandmother's place, collecting hairs from her horse or moving through an artificial landscape.
